EIG Diamonds values you and your time. As such, we like to spend one-on-one, quality time with our customers to ensure they are getting the exact diamond that they are looking for. We like to share our knowledge and expertise with our clients and ultimately, let them make the decision and pick the stone that is the right one for them. Because of this, our initial in-person appointments last 2-4 hours, on average. Due to the highly educational and extremely personal way in which we conduct business, we request a $250 deposit for this initial in-person meeting. This deposit will be credited towards any purchases made. Should you decide to buy elsewhere, your deposit is non-refundable. Phone consultations and online purchases do not require a deposit.
